First, not sure if the board can approve deaths.

D is out, as he promotions, retirements, and other actions are not meeting in May

A, B and C are out due to use of deaths

Hence E

The choice is between A and E

E is the best as promotions, retirements and other actions can be approved by the board but deaths cannot be.

I agree that E is the correct answer... but I'm a little confused about E...

Can the 'July 15th issue' actually do the 'reporting'?

AgrEE. Given the amount of control the board of directions have on the company, they might also start apporving deaths too - Only 10 employees can die this month .. :lol:
