saw this one before and laughed...

deaths can't be approved... that would be a nice corporate policy... ha-ha... I would never even think of getting MBA in that case :)

so it is b/w D and E

in D... seems like "the promotions, retirements, and other actions" were meeting in May.

the answer is E
