using excel:

= $$(5^{sqrt2})^2$$
= $$(5^{1.4142})^2$$
= $$(9.74)^2$$
= $$94.84$$
Edited....

But doesn't the question mean Square of (5 to the power square root 2)?

In which case the answer is 25

Square of (5^sq.root(2)).

Cheers,

square of 5 ^ sqroot(2)
$$= 5^sqrt(2)*5^sqrt(2) = 5^{2sqrt(2)}$$
