Is there a faster way of calculating this other than listing it by rows? Maybe a formula?

1) the interval of numbers: 100 - 200
2) the interval of numbers with boundaries that satisfy n=3k condition: 102 - 198
3) N=(198-102)/3+1=32+1=33
