To know the range we need to know if m or n or both are more than 21 or less than 1, as only then they can affect the range.
STAT1: m> n> 1
This tells us that m and n are greater than 1 but does not tell us if they are > 21 or not.
SO, NOT SUFFICIENT

STAT2: n < m < 20
This tell us that m and n are less than 20 but does not tell us if they are > 1
So, NOT SUFFICIENT

Both together tell us that

1 < n < m < 20
So, Range will be 21-1 = 20
