But doesn’t it say n is a positive integer? 0 is neither positive nor negative

If we simplify the required equation using formula a^2-b^2 we will get negative of j+k for every two terms. Hence correct answer is C
how is it C? i still dont get it

i wish to ascertain a view on this
question was Can the positive integer n be written as the sum of two different positive prime numbers?

(1) n is greater than 3.
(2) n is odd.

and in both cases integer N ’can’ be sum of 2 prime numbers. am i reading between the lines?

got the answer right as E but just asking in case as in cat exam in india these minor changes in language changes the whole answer

That makes no sense in english

"can" is asking if it is possible

The answer should be D from that pov

Im assuming the real questions asks if n is the sum of two positive primes, in which case it is not sufficient to answer
