Hi can someone please help me with this question? A lock has six digits, each of which is chosen from 1,2... 9 ; the same digit can appear more than once. The sum of the 1st and 3rd digits is the 5th digit, and the sum of the 2nd and 4th digits is the 6th digit. How many identification codes are possible?
5th digit can be filled in 8 ways only6th digit can also be filled in 8 ways only
so 8*2= 16. option will be a divisible by 16
@Bunuel or anyone is my approach correct?
