Re: Question about Books [#permalink]
Hello ddollins,

A 600 is a score that could be obtained without too much time investment. If you're comfortable with the content and the timing of the test, you might not need much prep at all.

Take a diagnostic test to asses where you are. I recommend the Manhattan GMAT (MGMAT) free test as the results and feedback provided by MGMAT's CAT can be very beneficial to develop a study plan.

You can see the available tests (both free and pay) here:

all-gmat-cat-practice-tests-links-prices-reviews-77460.html

If you obtain your desired score on the MGMAT practice test, I would suggest downloading GMATPrep from mba.com and taking one of the two available practice tests there. If you still do well, I say just schedule the real thing.

If you are score in your targeted range more than once and feel good about the material and format of the test, take the test and get it out of the way.

Re: Question about Books [#permalink]
Unless you are targetting something around 700 or more, I would not recommend kaplan gmat advanced 2009-2010 edition.
