how should it be:
1. The price of Tuna is twice that of Salmon.
or,
The price of Tuna is twice as much as that of Salmon.

2. Tuna costs twice as much as Salmon costs
or,
Tuna costs twice as Salmon costs.

The price of Tuna is twice as much as that of Salmon. - wordy, unidiomic

2. Tuna costs twice as much as Salmon costs - No need of costs at the end. Tuna costs twice as much as Salmon.

in the above sentence the cost of tuna is compared to salmon(if u do not add" costs" after salmon)
the correct way is-Tuna costs twice as much as salmon does.
