Don't go into the application process expecting any scholarships - if you get it, consider it a bonus, especially since there's a boatload of other IT guys you'll be up against.
As for Round 3, it's even more of a crapshoot given that by now the majority of the class would've been filled by the R1 and R2 admits. Your GMAT will be an asset for schools like Rotman, Emory and other schools in the top 30; just know that if you apply for R3, it's really going to be more of a gamble than waiting until the following year and applying R1. It just comes down to whether you're willing to work in your current job for yet another year or not.
