Hi all,
I think D is correc t answer.
Reason of C is wrong:
it say that conclusion not supported by fist...this is extreme statement
1st boldfaced sentence does not mention the financila condition of customers,so we cannot say it support or does not support the that these customer won't buy expensive phone.

Reason for D is correct:

Second boldface is just one xplanation that cusomers "may" not buy phone if it 25-30% expensive.

Notice tthe the words "the will be very expensive....."
