While filling recommendations, my recommender encountered a difficult situation to which even I don't have the solution. Would appreciate your comments:

In the recommendation there are two questions in following order

1) Discuss the applicant’s strengths

2) Describe the applicant’s leadership and teamwork skills

The situation is,
In the first question recommender is listing and describing Leadership and Teamwork as my strenghts. If he does that it will be a repeatition in (2). Will that be ok,
OR
He can list and describe some other strengths in (1) and describe leadership and teamwork in (2)
OR
He will describe leadership and teamwork only in (2)

You definitely don't want to be redundant. It would probably work best if your recommender mentioned other strengths. At the end he/she could also mention leadership / teamwork as strengths and write "see below".
