Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us. I think you've got great academic stats (GPA and GMAT), and your work experience sounds strong too, with advancement.
Any current extracurricular activities? If not, that might be a gap, and could be worth restarting something.
Obviously the US schools on your list will be a bit tougher, but give them a shot and I think you've got some good options in Europe otherwise.
To answer your other questions...
1. Will the work ex be a problem when applying to INSEAD? In terms of amount of work ex, you are on the lower end (average is 6 years for INSEAD), so make sure you have clear and compelling reasons for why now makes sense for you.
2. Will startup experience be a differentiating factor in the competitive pool of Indian applicants. Yes, it could be. But you need to be able to have some backup for this goal. Having worked in a startup helps some. Do you have any experience starting a business? Are there entrepreneurs in your family? Things like that would be compelling reasons to share with the admissions committee.
3. Is one year European MBA better or the 2 yr MBA programs in US? It really depends on your goals and preferences. 2 year allows for more time to do an internship, network with companies, build bonds with classmates, etc. If you plan to work in Europe, or want to build a network there, then a European MBA would likely be better.
4. Will there be a scope for scholarship in anyone of the above schools? I think more unlikely at the US schools on your list, but it's always a possibility.
Hope this helps!
