Hi Linda,

I am in the middle of writing my applications and find that almost all schools require a professional resume with the application. As to you, how different should this professional resume be from the one I would use if I were job hunting? And what sort of tweaking should I consider doing on my current resume? Further, what subject heads do b-schools like to see in an applicant's professional resume- like should I be mentioning community service there (for after all it is repeated elsewhere in the application)?

Best Regards,
Gaurav
