SOLUTION

$$\sqrt{16+16}=$$

(A) $$4\sqrt{2}$$
(B) $$8\sqrt{2}$$
(C) $$16\sqrt{2}$$
(D) 8
(E) 16

$$\sqrt{16+16}=\sqrt{32}=\sqrt{16*2}=4\sqrt{2}$$.

$$\sqrt{16+16} = \sqrt{32}$$
$$= \sqrt{2^5} = \sqrt{2^2 * 2^2 * 2} = 2*2\sqrt{2} = 4\sqrt{2}$$(Option A)
