D is my answer.

Only the present perfect and simple future are needed in this sentence.
A, B and E out

D wins because it put the adverb: personally in the right place.

IMO D,

In B the 'I had seen' gives the impression that this something heppened in past and is over but the next phrase(I won't deny its existence) suggestes that it's still going on ....so we need present perfect .....hence "I have seen"

'not personally witnessed' sounds better than 'personally not witnessed' ..Somebody pls explain the difference ..? ...

Came across this one while solving of the question.
Confused between C and D.
'not personally witnessed' vs 'personally not witnessed'

For placement of Personally, it often finds place between the Auxillary verb ..............AND...............the Participle.

Leading to : Have not..................PERSONALLY.......................Witnessed
