I was wondering if you can shed some light on this misterious and somewhat taboo topic. How do the ADCOMS select whom they gonna award a schollie? Is it based only on the GMAT score? or is there some kinda of formula like GMAT 90% GPA 5% extras 5%? Or maybe when you reach certain GMAT score eg 680 that does not contribute much anyways? or they compare all these criteria within applicant pool? or something i have no clue about..?
I would appreciate if you can answer this as acurate as you can.
There is no formula that applies to all scholarships at all schools. Basically you have to be more qualified than most accepted students that the schools is willing to reduce its revenue to enable you to attend and make them look good. Obviously, the criteria will vary from school to school.
