Hi ,

My GMAT score is 680 (Q48,V35)
10th - 84%
12th - 82.2 %
Did my Engg in Comp Sc - 76.3 %
Work Ex - 5 years ( 2 years in UK)
From IT background

I am looking forward to colleges in India .
My score is average but I would like to know if I can apply for XLRI and if possible any IIMs? IIM-Indore is an option perhaps?
SP Jain would also be a good fit but I think I missed the deadline for it.

Also , there is an option of taking the GMAT again , but preparing for the last one got me exhausted ! I'd rather apply for a few good colleges and then if nothing happens , give the GMAT again next year :)

Are you applying to executive programs? IIMs dont accept GMAT scores otherwise (I'm assuming you are an Indian national)

Alright. Just check out application requirements for each IIM. Some of them require you to be 27/have 7 years of work ex. etc.

The only thing balancing the low GMAT from the info you've provided is 2 years in UK.

As you go higher up the rankings, even exec MBA programs in India tend have a much higher average GMAT score. My suggestion would be to retake if you have time. If you're not willing to retake the GMAT, press hard on differentiating factors and what you will bring to the program.

Good luck!
