Here, the shift between “practical” and “practically” is significant because the two words have different grammatical functions and meanings. “Practical” is an adjective and is used to describe nouns. But in choices A and B, “practical” describes the word “unlimited,” which is not a noun. “Practically” is an adverb and can modify verbs, adjectives, or other adverbs. Thus, the correct word choice here is “practically.” Choices D and E use the unidiomatic phrase “access for,” which also alters the meaning of the sentence. That leaves choice C as the best choice.

My answer is (C). It took me 25 seconds.

Practical or Practically? Because it modifies "unlimited", it should be "practically". Eliminate A and B.

"Access to" or "Access for"? The former is the idiomatic use. Eliminate D and E.

Since "practical" is modifying "unlimited", which is an adjective hence, an adverb form should be used. So "practically" should be used in place of "practical".

A. practical unlimited access to find and repair defects
B. practical unlimited access to finding and repairing defects

Eliminate A and B

Also, we need an infinitive here (to) as a purpose is shown,

D. practically unlimited access for finding and repairing defects
E. practically unlimited access for finding defects and repairing them

Eliminate D and E.

So C is the clear winner !

C. practically unlimited access to find and repair defects

Correct - practically is used correctly and access to is the correct idiom

D. practically unlimited access for finding and repairing defects
Incorrect - practically is used correctly and but access for is the wrong idiom

E. practically unlimited access for finding defects and repairing them
Incorrect - practically is used correctly and but access for is the wrong idiom

IMO C

“’practical unlimited access”
as per meaning Practical should modify unlimited and unlimited should modify Access

and in the stated Sentence, Practical = Adjective, Unlimited = Adjective
so, as per grammar rule, if two adjectives is being used then both will be modifying “access” which is incorrect as per meaning.
And for subsequent modification Adverb + Adjective construction should be used.
Hence, usage of Practical is wrong it should be “Practically” - A & B are out
Access for is incorrect. Therefore, option D & E are out.

Correct Option C
1. Sentence exam on Parallelsim with 3 list of "verb"
2. "practically" (adverb) modifiy "unlimited" (adjective), modify "access" noun
3. Idiom - "access to" used for purpose (verb),"find"
