I got a couple of PM's about the question suggesting we REQUIRE each poster in the Math and Verbal Forums post OA with the question. in the format of:

I want to get a public opinion on this and see if the current system is indeed in a poor shape and adding OA will be REALLY helpful. Please note that introduction of this policy will FORCE (via software) everyone to include an OA (or at least fill out a field for it).
