E is missing; Let us assume it may not be the right one. But among the other four, B is best as it uses the idiomatic expression of tripled

Incidentally, multiplied three times will mean quadrupled (400 percent) while tripled means going up to three times (300 percent)

I agree with B .... But I never knew there is an Idiomatic usage of 'Tripled' ?

Can you please provide a better example of its Idiomatic usage?
