They are not asking for your goals.
A lot of applicants are fixated on goals and why MBA -- which was more relevant pre-2008.
In the last few years, adcoms don't care as much as they used to about goals - Sloan being one of them in particular, because it's 100% forward looking narrative. It tells them little about your talent - and it's just storytelling.
Again, resist the temptation to default to the old way of thinking. Adcoms are moving away from the "goals, why MBA" as a key component, and some adcoms like Sloan have moved away from that model entirely.
Most schools still ask for goals/why MBA, but its importance has diminished significantly. And in Sloan's case, it's IRRELEVANT.
