Below is the question list (I can't remember the sequence of the questions). 1. Why MBA, motivation? 2. What is your day-to-day work? 3. Why don't you want to work in SG? (I told him I want to work in my home country) 4. How many McDonalds branches in SG? (I want to change career to management consulting so the interviewer asked me this) 5. Other schools you applied? After all the interviewer explained more about career service center and student clubs. Hope this help!"

Tell me about business news recently. 5. Do you know about Interactive Pedagogy? 6. What type of Track-Specific Elective Modules that you are interested in? 7. What kind of industry that you would like to do for your future career?"

"Interviewer was a lady, probably in her 30s. Friendly. The whole interview took about 20 minutes. I think she had a copy of my essay on her hand. Questions asked were: 1. Give me a brief introduction of yourself 2. You say you consider yourself a leader and in your essay you established a lot of leadership qualities. What if you are not elected leader in your group? Are you fine being the follower? 3. What if your leader is not doing the work assigned? What will you do? 4. What are the elective tracks that you would like to pursue? 5. Any specific roles you are looking at for internships? 6. Have you applied to other universities? (I said NUS.) If you are offered both, which one would you choose and why? Also, she had some queries regarding my essay. I think my wording was a bit confusing, so I took the opportunity to clarify what I really meant. I believe I did not perform my best for this interview as I missed out on several details regarding the course. My advice is to really research well on the course, know what path that you are aiming for. However, I am glad and grateful that SMU has offered me a place in a week after the interview. (I must also say the entire admissions process was really efficient and I like how the admissions team are very hands-on.) All the best to the future applicants."

"Interview process was quite smooth. I had a f2f interview as I'm working in Singapore. Mostly casual and conversational. - Why SMU - Why Singapore - Which other schools have you applied to - Why SMU over them - Work experience related questions: as I'm working in Singapore so how did I make this shift - Post MBA industry, profile, country - Any questions for them The interview was for about 30 mins, in my case, almost half of the time interviewer spoke about his experiences. Just be inline with your Resume and essays, and clear about your goals. Received offer letter in a weeks time. Good luck!"
