A - Grammatically correct and uses the correct idiom So X that...

B - When using the construct "As X as is/are" it must be followed by a noun or pronoun.

C - uses "Because of" when "Because" is called for

D - too verbose

E - uses explains why as a conjunction - illogical

A is my choice.

- wierd too.. you need a dependent clause to define the reason..
