so.......that idiom

reverse S/V agreement

Many young recruits to the United States work force are so poorly educated and trained that


Correct

B) signals comparison with as but no comparison exists

C) awkward, no need for "who"

D) A flows better, That is ambigous, improper placement

E) Many young recruits doesn't explain why business fear , it is because young recruits are so poorly educated etc
