B, D - incorrect (singular nown), C is correct. E - incorrect (is ... rightS), A - incorrect (an individual's).

C is the answer.

C should be it.
" regarded as" refers to ownership and hence needs a singular verb.
A,C and E qualify.

A has a awkward usage "inalienable right of an individual’s" it should be "inalienable right of an individual"

E has a comparision error. it should be "inalienable right of an individual"

C is correct
"is" is right, A wrong const, E shud be "right" instead of "rights" ...
