SPEAKER: The great majority of people in the US have access to the best medical care available anywhere in the world.
OBJECTOR: There are thousands of poor in this country who cannot afford to pay to see a doctor.

A possible objection to the speaker's comments wuld be to point to the existence of

A. a nation where medical care is provided free of charge by the government.
B. a country in which the people are given better medical care than Americans.
C. government hearings in the US on the poor people have getting medical care.

I think it is B. The speaker is stressing on the best medical care available anywhere in the world.

Any nation other than US which has better medical facilities than US, weakens the argument fundamentally.

Of the given choices, B seems to be the best.

Any reason why D and E not mentioned ?

Thanks

the premise already pointed that the US provides the best medical care, thus the medical care is better than that present anywhere in the world. BEST is the BEST, what's over it?
A logical objection to this could be 'a country that provides comparable care(to the one the US provides) and to all the people (rich or poor -- this has an edge over the US').

nothing, in the choices, seems a true objection to the remark. But, if I have to choose, I will go with the majority B

OA is B. I haven't mentioned D and E because
1. They were totally out of scope.
2. I had to type the question and answer since Manhattan GMAT test doesn't allow us to copy and paste to any other application. Since it was time consuming, i thought i will skip those choices.
