The latest study from the universities of Cambridge, Milk chocolate prevent the heart from attack,stroke or other cardiovascular problem.Chocolate is one of the costly natural sources of magnesium, a mineral necessary for brain health, and eat small amount of piece of chocolate per day , i can helps to improve concentration and alertness.
