Hi Everyone

I am in a dilemma i need your help in narrowing down my options .

First of all a little background check- I am 24 year old female from india working with consumer electronics giant as a senior software developer.
I have around 2.5 years of experience and i have been promoted twice in a span of 2 years.I have already given gmat and my score is really not cool .
I intend to take it again sometimes next year , i want to apply for the 2015 batch and i am aiming for top 15 .

Now the problem is i think my career is getting stagnant here and i feel the need to move out plus i think IT is an overrepresented group.
So i was planning to learn SAS and trying to work with a consultancy firm or as a business analyst.
So will it be a right move because in a really short span of time i need to make contacts in the new company and show my worth so that i can get good recommendations.

What say guys i am really in need of some good advice.
