Sentence is checking for usage: ranging from duty … to the
(A) to the staff of ( to the staff of shifts in – awkward construction – eliminate it)
(B) to those who staff (those has no clear referent – eliminate it)
(C) to the staffing of (Hold it)
(D) and staffing (Unidiomatic – eliminate it)
(E) and the staff of (Unidiomatic – eliminate it)
Answer: C
