This sounds like an excellent idea! Did it ever take off? I would love to see this come alive. I'd be a youngling, tried to start my own study group, but people are just giving up on studying, or have other priorities.

Anyway, maybe the younglings can commit to mentor for a certain amount of time once they reach their target score, I'm sure mentoring is a big deal, but if we commit beforehand I think you'd have more mentors down the line.
