Is anyone else here interested in sustainable base-of-pyramid development, besides me?

The strength of Cornell's BoP program is the reason it's my top choice. There are only a handful of other schools in the country (Ross & Kenan-Flagler) working on this new initiative, with Cornell being the acknowledged thought leaders.

With Muhammad Yunus recently winning the Nobel Price for his company Grameen Bank, I would expect to see increased interest in the area.

Hey, Steve! Sorry your post languished so long without any response.

I work at a community development credit union - transaction services for the underserved, asset development, and community tax prep are my things.

I just met with someone who works on the BoP initiative at Cornell (my CDCU is in Ithaca) for work stuff, so let me know if I can tell you more.

Also, I have a ton of notes on various schools doing stuff that I am interested in, and would be happy to share that if you want.

Are you applying for the fall?
