commission = 15% on the printed price of each sack of cement if sells to its dealers
profit gained = 19%
commission = 15x, let price be 100x

CP = (100x - 15x)/119 = 85x/119

new profit percentage = (100x-10x)/CP - 100 = 90x*119/85x - 100 = 126-100 = 26%

if commission is lowered to 10%, then the profit percentage will be- 26%
