Congratulations on your acceptance into both programs. What I recommend you do is identify what your goals are post-graduation, and then to speak to current students, alumni, and the career centers at each schools to see which programs best align with your goals. As an example, if you would like to work for a particular company post-graduation, it would be important to see whether they recruit at either program. Try to gather as many data points as possible, as all of the information will help you make the best decision.
Unfortunately there is no "right" answer, however I have no doubt you will make the decision that is best for you.
