But in that case no answer could be right. They or Their could both refer to Teratomas or forms. And actually, I don't think it would matter which noun it referred to. It doesn't change the meaning of the sentence to have it refer to either one, as teratomas are the form or cancer.

I would go with E. "in that" seems to be an accpted usage in GMAT.

"Like" is wrong in B and C.

D has singular. So out.

A is a little vague.
