Let members in group A = P and average earning per member = Q. So total earnings of group A = P*Q.
Let members in group B = R. and average earning per member = (Q+10000). So total earnings of group B = R*(Q+10000)
We need the difference between these two total earnings.

(1) P + R = 100. But this will not give us values of P, R, Q or anything else that helps. Insufficient.

(2) Q = 40000. So total earnings of group A = P*40000 and total earnings of group B = R*(40000+10000) = R*50000. To know the difference we still need P&R. So Insufficient.

Combining, P + R = 100, but this will not help us in knowing the difference between P*40000 and R*50000. So Insufficient still.
