1. The best way ...to do A is to do B
so B, C, D out

2. data does not agree with "it", A out

E is the winner

IT professional is singular and " have them" in E is plural

I will go with A

data can be singular or plural now a days.

Historically data was considered plural and the singular is data.

I think GMAT still considers data plural. Hence E

my choice is A. but not clear whether data is singular or plural. I think OA will make things clear
