I think it sould be C.

the correct structure is not only...... but also....

so D and E is out.

B is out becasue of wrong subject verb agreement.

between A and C, i think power to facilitate is better than power of facilitating.

so C is my pick.

I think its C

Software ….will not only meet….but also have a & b…to facilitate..

Software ….will not only meet….but it also has a & b …to facilitate..

the subject is Software so we need the singular 'has'

whats the OA?

Although I got this one wrong. But Answer B can be explained by the uses of idiom.

"power to facilitate" is correct rather than " power for facilitating..".

not only.. but also should be correct. --> D,E are out
'facilitating' is wrong --> A is out

I'll take C. We need singular 'has' for the term 'software'. Although there's a 'it' plugged inside, it is a lesser sin compared to a pronoun error as the 'it' still clearly refers to software.

Just as a check, I typed these two sentences in Microsoft word:

(1) The software have the power to compute the equations quickly.

(2) The software has the power to compute the equations quickly.

The grammar check flagged sentence (1) as having an error. Apparently, 'have' is wrong.

if we expand the sentence, it becomes...

it will not only meet the needs of that study, but it will also have the versatility bla bla...

Apart from "not only ...but also", this SC is also checking for ||lism,
"will meet...will have".

It has to be 'B'.

The grammar:

he has very good GMAT score.
he will have very good GMAT score.

Here we may get lost into sub-verb agreement funda, the sentence is trying to mislead by using 'will' with "not only...but also".
i.e. by putting 'will' away from the actions.

(B) for the correct use of not only...but also <and> correct future parallel verb tense

A pretty tricky one. I was stuck between B and C for a longtime!
I chose B for the usage of 'will' but not quite convinced!

Will vote for B.

IDIOM -Not only X.... but also Y...
C,D,E - Are elimnated.
Out of A & B
'power to facilitate.... ' sounds better than 'power of facilitating.. '

A - Incorrect.
Hence B
