Each box costs = v$ per pound +h

So..
1) Box containing s pounds will cost = s*v+h
2) Box containing t pounds will cost = t*v+h

Total = s*v+h + t*v+h = 2h+v(s+t)

so for box 1 ; vs $ + h$
box 2 ; ts$+ h$
total net cost ; vs+ts+2h
2h + v (s + t )

FORMULA IS:

\((V*P)+H\)

Thus:
\(V*S+V*T+2H\)
\(V(S+T)+2H\)

Since there are two boxes, each will cost shipping charges h. Hence 2h is necessary. So
Cost of purchase is 2h + st + sv

Answer E.
