The edges of a cube are made out of wire. If the surface area of that cube is 24, what is the total length of the wire?

A. 12
B. 24
C. 36
D. 48
E. 96

B
surface area of a cube is given by 6a^2 where a is the length of a side of the cube
6a^2=24==> a^2=4==> a=2
a cube has 12 edges so total length of wire = 12*2= 24
