\(\frac{( 7 - 4)}{( 7 + 2 + 4)}*520\)

= 120, Answer must be (A)

We can create the equation:

7x + 2x + 4x = 520

13x = 520

x = 40

So there are 7 * 40 - 4 * 40 = 280 - 160 = 120 more residents of England than of Japan at the meeting.

Answer: A
