Hi,
C cannot be the answer..
If I have to paint 6 sides with 6 different colour...
Paint the top/bottom with any ONE colour... the opposite can be any of the remaining 5..
remaining 4 make a kind of circular arrangement, so (4-1)! = 6..
Total 6*5 = 30 distinct ways

I am also of the same opinion as chetan2u

IMHO 1 is not a correct solution for this question....
