The first flight out of Pheonix on Sunday was late. If the following three flights departed on time, how many further flights need to depart on time in order for the airport's on time departure rate to be higher than 90%?

The first flight out of Pheonix on Sunday was late. If the following three flights departed on time, how many further flights need to depart on time in order for the airport's on time departure rate to be higher than 90%?

* 6->9/10 *100= 90
* 7->10/11 *100=90.9
* 9 ->12/13 *100=92.3
* 10->13/14 *100=
* 11->14/15*100 =

Flts that departed on time/total # of flts should be >90

Total # of flts -> 4+ flts per the option
