We already know that \(f(x) = \frac{x^4}{9}\).
Hence, \(f(3x) = \frac{(3x)^4}{9} = 9x^4\)

Now since we need f(3x) in terms of f(x),
we can compute f(3x) = 81f(x) because \(81f(x) = \frac{81*x^4}{9} = 9x^4\) which is equal of f(3x) (Option E)
