A & B - usage of "being" - eliminate
E - "that is significant differences" in : wordy and funny
D - too many pronouns (not sure)
C - best choice ?!?

IMO D

In the context of the sentence "significantly different" sounds best. That reduces to B and D. Rejecting B because of "being".
