The new mongoose cricket bat has a handle that is twice as long and twice as thick as that of a traditional cricket bat, has a much larger sweet spot

A. bat has a handle that is twice as long and twice as thick as that of a traditional cricket bat, has

Missing subject for verb "has" at the end. INCORRECT

B. bat has a handle that is twice as long and twice as thick as that of a traditional cricket bat having

"having" modifies traditional cricket bat and changes the meaning. INCORRECT

C. bat, whose handle is twice as long and twice as thick as that of a traditional cricket bat, has

by adding the modifier beginning with "whose" the verb "has" at the end now has a subject. CORRECT

D. bat, whose handle is twice as long and twice as thick as that of a traditional cricket bat, and has

Verb missing for the "The new mongoose cricket bat". The presence of and introduces the parallelism error. INCORRECT

E. bat, whose handle is twice as long and twice as thick as that of a traditional cricket bat, and having

Same errors as in option D INCORRECT

Hence option C
