The question basically asks if the sum of no of people who are graduates to those who are not is prime.
We will have to apply brute force and go through each of the options.

1. 101:88 - 101+88=189. div by 9. Not a prime.
2. 87:100 - 87+100=187. div by 11. Not a prime.
3. 110:111 - 110+111= 221. div by 13. not a prime.
4. 85:98 - 85+98=183. div by 3. not a prime.
5. 97:84 - 97+84= 181. is a prime. Hence our answer.

Answer: 5/E.
