A simple translation of the words into an equation given us \(\frac{p}{100} * 160 = \frac{q}{100} * 40\)

Taking p and q to one side, we will get the value of \(\frac{p}{q}\) which is \(\frac{100*40}{100*160} = \frac{1}{4}\)(Option B)
