(1) The ratio of the number of orange disks to the number of disks that are not orange is 7 to 36 --> (orange)/(not orange) = 7/36 --> (orange)/(orange + not orange) = (orange)/(total) = 7/(7 + 36) = 7/43. Sufficient.

(2) The ratio of the number of green disks to the number of blue disks is 7 to 3, and the ratio of the number of green disks to the number of orange disks is 18 to 5 --> (green)/(blue) = 7/3 = 126/54 and (green)/(orange) = 18/5 = 126/35 --> (orange)/(blue + green + orange) = 35/(54 + 126 + 35) = 7/43. Sufficient.

Should read: (orange)/(blue + green + orange) = 35/(54 + 126 + 35) = 7/43. Typo edited, Thank you.
