Numbers between 1 - 100 whose square ends in 1 is 20 - 1,9,11,19......91,99 -> 20 -> %of such numbers out of 100 = 20/100 -> 20%

Such numbers between 1 - 200 - 40 -> % -> 40/200 -> 20%

Hence Option A

I used the same approach, and also concluded that the answer is A. But, the OA listed is E.

Any thoughts?
